Yea-Sacc® by Alltech™, is a probiotic feed supplement that contains a strain of live yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is commonly used in the horse feed industry and has been shown to have numerous benefits for equine health.
The live yeast in Yea-Sacc® may help to increase the population of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This may be particularly beneficial for horses that are prone to digestive issues such as colic or diarrhea.
Although there is conflicting data on the efficacy of Yea-Sacc® on feed digestibility in the hindgut, some people find that it is very helpful.
The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is grown on distillers grains.

Serving size
Suggested serving size: Recommended amount is 10 grams per day, or at the advice of your veterinarian.
