Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping is free in the United States with a purchase of $50 or more. For orders less that $50, shipping is $5.

Economy shipping is by US Postal service, Ground Advantage. Most people will receive their order within 2-5 days. We endeavor to ship orders by the next day, however, there are instances that we are out of town and unable to ship for 1 week.

Priority Mail shipping is available for an additional $7.00 fee. The updated shipping choice will be at the time of checkout.

We do not ship to foreign countries.

                By autoship: Click on the autoship choice

The back end of the program tracks your purchases, based on your email. If you would like to see what you have ordered in the past, just click on the icon of the person in the upper right side of the website and you will be taken to the log in page. Using your email, it will email you a 6 digit code to access your account.

If you would like to have your supplements autoshipped, you can choose that option. This saves you the hassle of forgetting to reorder.

To change or modify your autoship order, sign into your account at My Best Horse. Do this by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner. Once you have logged in, there is a link on the right side called “subscriptions”. That will take you to the items that you’ve chosen for autoship.

If you have more than one autoship account, those will be synchronized to ship on the same day.

When you are on the gift card page, there is a box to check to send the gift card as a gift. When you click on that box, you can add the recipient's information. This is so the recipient can be notified. You can also set a date in the future for it to be sent.

Be sure to fill in the message with the greeting that you would like, such as "Happy Birthday, Sam" or other well wishes. Also be sure to include your name, so that the recipient is aware that it's from you.

After checkout, you will receive an email that shows that the gift card was sent. The recipient will also receive an email that includes the gift card code.

We do not guarantee any products for results, as each horse may vary.

Due to health reasons, we do not restock any of our products. Please choose carefully when you purchase.
